How to use Mutant Hardcore BCAA?

Mix 1 scoop (13 g) with 250–500 ml of cold water in a shaker or bottle. On training days, take one serving before, one during and one after your workout. On rest days, consume 2 to 3 servings throughout the day. Shake well for a smooth mix.
