However, we have also acknowledged the importance of providing support beyond Frontoffice. That's why we have established the Backoffice department, which handles a wide range of areas including order processing, invoicing, logistics, customer service, and administrative tasks, as well as addressing and managing your feedback and/or concerns. With Backoffice, you can rest assured that all these aspects are well taken care of.
By establishing a clear distinction between our Front office and Back office, we aim to provide you with better support and service. You can rely on our Sales team as your go-to strategic partners. Additionally, our Backoffice team is ready to address any post-sales inquiries.
