1. Mix one scoop (30 g) of Cream of Rice with 100 to 150 ml of boiling water. Stir well and leave for 1-2 minutes. Dig in!
2. Mix one scoop (30 g) of Cream of Rice with 100 to 150 ml of cold water, or milk. Stir well and place into the microwave for 2 minutes. Give it a final stir and enjoy your carbohydrate snack!
