The Ghost EAA blend combines an incredible 6 grams of BCAAs (2:1:1 ratio) with a whopping 3 grams of EAAs. It also contains a Ghost Focus x Hydration mix with effective doses of Taurine, Himalayan Pink Salt, KSM66® Ashwagandha, Aquamin™, Potassium Citrate and Cognizin® Citicoline.
Potassium is added to support normal muscle and nervous system function, while magnesium contributes to a good electrolyte balance. As the finishing touch, AstraGin® is added for good absorption.
Suggested use of Ghost Intra
Mix one scoop of Intra (around 22 g) with 400-450 ml of water, or another beverage of your choice. Best taken during or after exercise. On non-training days, consume throughout the day as desired.
